Details :

For rentals that originate Outside of Michigan, weekly rates will be calculated at five and one half (5.5) times the daily rate; monthly rates will be calculated at twenty-one (21) times the daily rate.
  • Base Rental Charges apply to partipating Enterprise U.S. locations.


  • Geogrphic Surcharges: In addition to the applicable Base Rental Charges set forth above, rental location surcharges are assessed at the following airport locations:

    • $3.00/day :  Charlotte, Kansas City and State of California

    • $5.00/day :  Cincinnati, Hartford, Minneapolis, New Orleans, St. Louis, Denver/Colorado Springs,
                         Phoenix and State of Texas

    • $8.00/day :  Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Seattle and Washington DC

    In addition to the applicable Base Rental Charges set forth above, rental location surcharges are assessed at all locations in the following areas:


    • $7.00/day :   States of Wyoming (except Cheyenne and Laramie), Montana, Nebraska (except Omaha
                         and Lincoln), North Dakota, South Dakota (Except Sioux Falls), and Bemidji and Moorhead, MN

    • $8.00/day :   Territory of Puerto Rico and State of Alaska

    • $14.00/day :  NY/CT/NJ Metro, including Westchester, Islip and Newark Airports

    • $18.00/day :  New York City Boroughs, including JFK and LaGuardia Airports

  • Exclusions: Base Rental Charges do not include applicable taxes, surcharges, refueling, one-way, drop-off, delivery, pick-up, youthful driver or additional driver charges; or, except as set forth below, any optional products or services such as damage waiver, liability protection, personal accident insurance and personal effects coverage ("Driver Protection Products").


  • Driver Protection Products: Base Rental Charges in the U.S. include the Driver Protection Product(s) below:


    • Damage Waiver for Business Rentals :  For rentals to customer's employees who are 21 years of age or older only. Base Rental Charges include full Damage Waiver (with no deductible) upon the terms and subject to the limitations set forth in Enterprise's standard form of rental contract.

  • Mileage Charges: Base Rental Charges for rentals in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico), include unlimited free miles per day, unlimited free miles per week and 3000 free miles per month, as applicable. Any additional miles will be charged at the rate of $0.20/mile.
